Other than the Heat of Texas, the unit was great. My only complaint is that the door was too low and kept rolling down while we were trying to move things in and out

The only change I'd recommend that would make the facility easier to use would be to have the keypad available to drive up to. Currently, it is necessary to get out of the car, go to the keypad located on the fence and enter the code. The same is true to exit. In inclement weather that will be an issue.

Signed up for unit on a Wednesday, and was to,d they were having electric problems with the gate, but someone would be in office at 8 a.m. I was there at 8 a.m. and gate was not fixed. I called the 800 number and a lady answered.i explained the problem of the gate not working, so she called the manager, and was told nobody will attend the office until 9:30. Apparently they had little concern for their customer being able to drive into the facility to load or unload items. I ended up dragging my stuff Tory a walkthrough gate. I’m still pissed.
